Vienna Hofburg

The imperial family resided here until 1918. Over the centuries, the original residence has grown into a huge building complex with a park.

In addition to the imperial flats, there is also the "Sisi Museum", which was renovated in 2009 and supplemented with new exhibits. Don't miss a visit to the Silver Collection, which offers a unique insight into the courtly dining culture of the Habsburg monarchy. The Baroque State Hall of the National Library is one of the most beautiful historical libraries in the world.

The Vienna Hofburg is also home to the Imperial Treasury, where you can admire some of the Habsburgs' most precious jewels, and the Spanish Riding School, an excellent example of the culture of Baroque riding schools.
